Staff is the core of any company, any enterprise. It is impossible to have production process without staff. Understanding it, LLC MLO “IMON INTERNATIONAL” pays a special attention to internal staff policy.  

In the first quarter of 2010 LLC MLO “IMON INTERNATIONAL” has hired for work 37 new employees, a set of trainings was conducted to personnel professional development of LLC MLO “IMON INTERNATIONAL” central office and branches, as well as ONLINE testing of new and operating loan experts  

Thus with Internet assistance, knowledge and experience of our organization employees were tested. At the beginning trainings on professional development were conducted and only after that they passed test. Human Recourse Management department of LLC MLO “IMON INTERNATIONAL” is engaged in arranging of these processes.

In the whole in January – March, 2010 23 new and operating loan experts have passed test.
